Add-Ons

White Glove Unpacking

• Fees are case-by-case basis

• Basic: Includes removing items from boxes and placing them on table tops.

• White Glove Service: Includes putting all items away (e.g. making beds, books on shelves, kitchen items in cabinets, hanging clothing items in closets and dresser drawers, etc.).

Junk Removal Service (fees based on service rates)

• Donations to charity or relatives

• Unwanted furniture to City dump site

Broom Closet

• Basic Rate (up to 3 bed, 1.5 bath)

  • $40 p/hr, min rate 3 hours

    Includes: kitchen and bathrooms (refrigerator, sinks, stove top, microwave, countertops, cabinet faces, toilets, tub/shower), sweep, mop, carpet basic vacuum, and baseboards.

  Wall-Hole Patching

  • $5 per 1x1 or $10 per 2x2 inch area

• Windows, blinds, inside of stoves, stairs, and garages or additional rooms require additional fees.
